The Danforth Leadership Council
Established in 2010, the Danforth Leadership Council (DLC) is a group of prominent St. Louisans and corporate representatives interested in the role of plant science in the future of the region.
Purpose
The DLC provides unique insights for the Danforth Center as it continues to grow and address the worldās most pressing environmental and humanitarian challenges through advances in plant science. The DLC serves as ambassadors for the Danforth Center, fostering a strong community of supporters and engaging the broader St. Louis community in recognizing the vital role of plant science in our region and beyond.
Membership
DLC membership includes two primary membership types: Individual Membership and Corporate Partner Membership.
- Individual Membership is by invitation only.
- Corporate Partner Membership is for senior-level representatives of Danforth Center Corporate Partners at the $5,000+ giving level.
All members must also be members of the Danforth Society in good standing.*

DLC Gatherings
DLC members gather twice a year for exclusive discussions that provide valuable insights and offer insider updates on the Danforth Centerās impact and initiatives. These gatherings also promote opportunities for networking with other leaders from government, industry, and beyond.
Seeds of Change
The DLC also hosts Seeds of Change. This popular Danforth Center event features a national thought leader with an accessible, motivating, and inspiring message geared toward the general public.
I support the Danforth Center because I believe that their work, their efforts, their innovation, and groundbreaking research, is going to change the world.
