Alice is the President & CEO at Korngold Consulting LLC, a C-suite/board advisor, keynote speaker, visiting professor, and author. Her clients include global companies and NGOs. Korngold authored three books, including, most recently, A Better World, Inc.: Corporate Governance for an Inclusive, Sustainable, and Prosperous Future (Palgrave Macmillan, 2023). Korngold received her bachelor’s and master's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
Justin serves as the Vice President of Innovation Ecosystem-Building for BioSTL. In this role, they work alongside the BioSTL Coalition, a broad civic partnership of 50+ industry, academic, philanthropic, and government leaders in the region, to foster and oversee cross-sector partnerships and initiatives to grow and sustain the innovation ecosystem and drive equitable economic impact. Justin brings a deep history of leading cross-sectoral partnerships with experience in sustainable development and inclusive stakeholder engagement across corporations, startups, and community-based organizations. In addition to their formal role at BioSTL, Justin advances strong economic and workforce development systems as the Chair of the Workforce Development Board of the City of St. Louis and an education and workforce development fellow of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
Stephanie is the Executive Director of Innovation Partnerships at the Danforth Plant Science Center. In this role she leads collaborative efforts to develop and advance partnerships that deliver on the Danforth Center’s mission to establish St. Louis as a global epicenter for plant science and agtech excellence. Prior to joining the Danforth Center, Stephanie was the CEO of FieldWatch, Inc., an industry collaborative promoting stewardship and sustainability in agriculture. She has dedicated her 20+ year career to the agriculture and renewable energy industries in Washington, DC, and St. Louis.
