Anna Dibble is Vice President for People and Culture, where she leads the Danforth Center’s people strategy and cultivates a collaborative, values centric culture. With a deep passion for community and organizational development, Anna is committed to ensuring that the Danforth Center is a place where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work. Prior to joining the Danforth Center in 2017, Anna worked at Saint Louis University where she spent 11 years in progressive roles in human resources and served as an adjunct professor. Anna holds an MBA from Saint Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Monmouth College.
